Jothour Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jothour, every order is freshly prepared and produced specifically for each client. Due to the nature of our products and the strict food safety standards we follow, we maintain a no-refund policy.

No Refunds

All orders placed with Jothour are final and non-refundable. Since our items are perishable and made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Requests for changes are subject to approval and must be made within the agreed preparation window.
• Last-minute modifications may incur additional charges.

Catering Orders & Events

For catering services and event bookings:

• Payments secure your production slot and resources.
• Cancellations made close to the event date are non-refundable.
• In the case of event postponement, we may offer rescheduling subject to availability, but refunds will not be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may only be considered in rare cases where Jothour is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen operational issues.
