Ordering
How much notice do you need?
Savoury boxes need 24 hours notice. Sweets need 48 hours. For large orders, please allow 3 to 4 days.
Can I choose the flavours?
Yes. Every product page has a flavour selection, so you decide exactly what goes into your box before adding it to the cart.
When is the food made?
Everything is prepared fresh in our Sharjah kitchen on the morning of your event, then delivered chilled and ready to serve.
How many boxes do I need?
Every product page shows the piece count and how many people the box serves. As a starting point:

Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. Vegetarian options are available across every collection.
What about allergens?
Message us on WhatsApp for allergen details before you order and we will confirm what is suitable.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Across all emirates: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes. Choose from the available time slots on the product page when you order.
How does delivery work?
Boxes arrive chilled and ready to serve, so nothing needs preparing on site.
Payment and invoicing
How can I pay?
Card at checkout, or bank transfer for corporate accounts.
Can you invoice a company or a government entity?
Yes. We regularly cater government and semi-government events. Message us on WhatsApp with your entity details and we will arrange the paperwork.
Large events and buffets
Do you cater full events?
Yes. Alongside the boxes, we do buffet-style catering for larger events. Message us on WhatsApp with your date, headcount and location and we will put together a proposal.
